Our bilingual staff helped assist training lessons across various venues in London. The fully trained team engaged with and educated venue staff about the products and pairing of different types of sherry wines.
Our expert team also undertook tasting sessions which meant revisiting venues to conduct a form of mystery shopping to discover if the staff had remembered the lessons and tips that was previously taught.
