Our ‘Make Mischief with MAOAM’ provided parents with inspiration to have some light-hearted fun in the form of pranks and mischief with their children.

Covering 6 shopping centres across the UK, over 7 days during the October holiday period, Pod's regional teams managed each event, adhering to COVID safety guideliness at all times. The campaign gave families the opportunity to experience the Maoam ‘Mischief Manor’ activation at their local shopping centre. The fun activity featured family friendly mischief/spooks and the chance to enter a Capital Radiorun competition and of course - take away Maoam treats!

Huge importance was placed on social distancing and the track and trace program, with customers only being admitted once they had scanned the QR code.  Regular cleaning of the stand area, as well as staff wearing (spooky) face masks at all times gave consumers the confidence to enter and enjoy the bespoke spooky experience.  

Staff roles included managing the queues, track and trace completion, regular sanitising of stand areas, guide through the experience, management of the spooky hand wall and shock cupboard, and not forgetting our costume model wearing 'the Max' outfit throughout the day, the team demonstrated a fun but safe and responsible demeanor at all times, ensuring familes were delighted at the end of their spooky walk through!
